Depending on the functioning of your rose colored glasses; you may have viewed these past 2 weeks as either very energetically unsettling or as just another time of shifting.
Today, I wrote to a dear friend of mine and I shared my wish that the powers to be could put out power surge bulletin reports so we could arrange our lives in accordance. To have an advance warning of a new earth power surge could allow us to plan our lives accordingly.
How would our lives look differently if we knew what was upcoming?
I don’t know about you but for the last 2 weeks I have been experiencing dizziness. Aka vertigo, free of syncopal episodes- so without any of the dramatics of fainting.
At first, the clinician in me got a little freaked out and ran through all of the common sense rule outs, well after I calmed down about mini strokes, seizure activity and a brain tumor.
The usual run through many of go to when our bodies start to act up.
Blood Pressure- check out okay
Blood sugar- check okay and I increased my protein and frequency of eating to every 2 hours
Chiropractic and cranio sacral adjustment- check, now realigned
Yet, the dizziness persists and now it is happening at varied unexpected times, granted for shorter periods of time.
When I step out of being just my body and the ensuing fear that something is wrong with it; I am strongly able to recognize what is really going on.
That I am receiving an energetic download and upgrade. That growth is in process.
If I ground and allow more space within myself to vibrate and be more of whom I am, then it all settles down and integrates.
It is as if the fear creates a wobble in the download, thereby, causing the dizzy sensation. Dizzyness causes feeling out of control, which can spark more fea. And so it can go on and on.
Regardless of the cause, when I use the dizziness as a signal to slow down, to ground and pay attention, then I feel safer. When I try to control it gets worse. Um must be a lesson in here somewhere.

Two weekends ago, myself and 3500 of my closest “friends”, were enjoying the music at our local amazing Rocky grass festival.
For those of you who are not familiar with this music festival;
it’s location on the St Vrain river surrounded by stunning red rock canyon walls, make it a magical playground.
The moment one steps onto the festival grounds, one enters a utopian community setting for the entire time you remain.
I love going there. I have learned that I do not have to look for anyone I want to find. If I just hold that attention and resonate joy-= here they are one after another coming right on by me.
This is a community sustained by the joy of being in the flow in this moment.
Our day was winding down and I was enjoying just being planted on our blanket. I got a sudden insistent nudging to go down to the “beach, to where I hadn’t been all day.
So, as I was standing on the little beach, my attention was magnetized to a very pregnant woman. I thought to myself, well she is ready to have that baby any day.
She is in great hands here at the festival since there were at least 5 midwives there.
I also noticed that she and her gorgeous daughter were really familiar to me.
I couldn’t place their faces- and I thought well maybe I worked with her in the past.
She then approaches me to ask if I was Teresa.
She went on to share with me that earlier in this pregnancy, she had participated in my intro to communicating with your unborn child tele- class. http://www.livingintuitive.com/bi/pregnancy.html
I love when this happens! We had never met however, I had recognized her by her and her daughter’s energy essence or signature. So, although we had never met in the “flesh” we were able to recognize and connect with one another.
After we had chatted for a little while, it became very clear to me that her unborn baby was the one who had called me down to the beach.
I had a piece of information about a resource that would serve this baby and it’s family during its early newborn period.
For me the entire experience blew me away. A wonderful validation that when you are in the flow and pay attention miracles abound. And it feels so good!
